There are lots of situations where you can use CMON to convey emotion or urgency. You can use it to encourage or motivate someone CMON, you can do it!, taunting a friend ("CMON, stop being so mean!", or expressing surprise, CMON, you can't be serious! It is commonly used in texting, games and on social media. But remember the context and tone, since it can sound different in various contexts.
The FD is responsible for protection and conservation of biodiversity and sustainable management of forest resources of the country.
