Huracan shifts are getting jerky in traffic, is this normal?

I've had my Huracan for almost three years and I know these gearboxes aren't exactly smooth at low speeds, it's part of the character. But lately the jerkiness in stop and go traffic has gotten noticeably worse, to the point where it feels like the car is lurching when I ease off the throttle. It's fine once I'm moving properly, no issues at speed, but the slow stuff is becoming genuinely uncomfortable for passengers.
