Comes around every year and I dread it. My Wraith is due for its annual service and the dealer experience is honestly exhausting. They want the car for days, they won't give a firm estimate upfront, and the last time they added on things I never agreed to. I'm not trying to save pennies on a car like this, I just want it handled properly without the theatre. A contact of mine mentioned certified Rolls-Royce maintenance specialists in Industrial Area 10 that apparently work on these cars regularly and actually give you a written breakdown before touching anything. That alone sounds better than what I've been dealing with. But I'm still cautious because these cars are complicated and one wrong move on the electronics can turn into a nightmare. Has anyone here taken a Rolls or similar to an independent and been happy with the result long term?
